spiraling staircase
This is looking down the exit stairs at the Vatican museum. I took this picture the last time I was in Rome in November. The museum was pretty cool. Lots and lots of gold and treasure 'collected' by the previous popes and probably a few crusaders, too.

Instead of working, I decided to look at this picture again for a few seconds. I think a cool modification would have been if I had a tripod with me and prolonged the exposure so that the people would have appeared as blurs going down the staircase. Next time...
